May Breakthrough
Poem and Artwork by Ola Grabowski

I feel the world more than ever before
Gentle breeze caressing
The fine white hairs
Little feelers sticking out
Helping me stay cognizant of my surroundings.
Thinking about how I had willingly crippled
My senses
With twelve years of razor strokes and bloody scabs
That don't stop running
Ola Grabowski is a postgrad burnout (and skilled artist, writer, bee keeper and friend) still using razors to this day and ashamed of it. You can join the countless others anxiously awaiting when she decides to finally post some art @studioski
